Brief

An initial discussion to understand your event, objectives and requirements. We take the time to learn about your vision, audience and priorities before recommending the most suitable solutions.

Planning

With the brief agreed, we develop a detailed event plan covering infrastructure, logistics, staffing, entertainment and production. Every element is carefully coordinated to ensure a smooth delivery.

Preparation

Our team manages scheduling, supplier coordination and site planning, ensuring everything is in place ahead of the event. Clear communication keeps all stakeholders informed and aligned.

Delivery

From installation and equipment setup to on-site management and operational support, our experienced team oversees every aspect of the event to ensure everything runs seamlessly.

Review

Once the event concludes, we efficiently dismantle infrastructure, remove equipment and restore the site. We then review the event with you to ensure all objectives have been met and every detail has been completed to a high standard.

The questions we hear most.

The size of the marquee required depends on your guest numbers, seating layout, and any additional features such as dance floors, bars, stages, catering areas, or entertainment. As a general guide, allow approximately 1 – 1.5 square metres per person for seated events. Our team can recommend the most suitable size based on your event requirements.

We typically require at least 1 metre of clear, level space around the entire perimeter of the marquee. This allows for safe installation, anchoring, access, and compliance with health and safety requirements. If space is limited, let us know and we’ll assess the site to find the best solution.

Our marquees and gazebos can be installed on a variety of surfaces including grass, concrete, tarmac, gravel, decking, and indoor venues. Grass allows for traditional staking, while hard surfaces require weighted systems. We’ll determine the most appropriate installation method during the planning process.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and reserve equipment for your event date. The remaining balance is typically due one week before installation. Payments can be made via bank transfer, card, or cash.

Our marquees are designed to provide reliable shelter from rain, wind, and strong sunlight. We monitor weather forecasts ahead of each event and can advise on additional options such as flooring, sidewalls, heating, or weighted anchoring systems where necessary. Safety is always our top priority.

Yes. In addition to marquees and gazebos, we can supply tables, chairs, flooring, carpeting, staging, lighting, PA systems, generators, event staffing, inflatables, photobooths, and other event equipment. We also offer full event management services for clients looking for complete event support from planning through to delivery.
